Forus (formerly Tandem) is using AI to accelerate access to medicine. The company is building the world’s largest network of doctors, patients, and first-party data — and applying AI to every step of bringing new therapies to market.

We first met founder Sahir Jaggi through mutual connections in our Pear Healthcare Council, including Mario Schlosser, the founder of Oscar Health. Sahir’s six years leading product at Oscar made an immediate impression on us. We believed in his vision from day one and led Forus’s seed round in 2023.

Forus is solving one of the most complex challenges in healthcare: prescription access. Their AI-powered platform is transforming how providers navigate prior authorizations, access barriers, and specialty drug workflows — supporting thousands of patients every week and quickly becoming a leading platform in the category.

Since our investment, we’ve worked closely with Sahir on customer and advisor introductions and supported the Forus team through their Series A raise. Our Talent team has also partnered closely with them post-Series A, playing an active role in sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier candidates as they scale.
