Senior Operations Associate
Originally from Oregon, Emma studied neuroscience and psychology at Chapman University, where she discovered her passion for event planning and fostering connections through diverse organizations.
Following a gut feeling, Emma moved to San Francisco to pursue a career in Operations, where she’s worked with incredible teams to drive impact and elevate every space she’s a part of. She honed her skills managing operations for Verkada’s Technical Support Engineering team and later expanded her expertise at LatchBio, where she built their marketing operations from the ground up.
Emma is excited to bring her talents to Pear, supporting startups in their journeys and creating meaningful connections for founders.
