We met Tandem’s founder, Sahir Jaggi after discovering mutual connections through our Pear Healthcare Council, including Mario Schlosser, the founder of Oscar Health. Sahir’s deep experience as a Product Leader at Oscar for six years made an immediate impression on us. We believed in his vision from day one and invested in their seed round in 2023.

Tandem is solving a complex and critical challenge in healthcare: prescription access. Their AI-powered software platform is transforming how providers navigate prior authorizations, access barriers, and specialty drug workflows. Today, Tandem’s solution supports thousands of patients every week and is widely recognized as a leading platform in the space.

Since our investment, we have worked closely with Sahir, helping Tandem with customer and advisor introductions as well supporting their Series A raise. Our Talent team has also partnered with them post-Series A to help strategically scale their organization. We have played an active role in sourcing, engaging, and converting top-tier candidates for their growing team.
