When we first invested in Listen Labs at Seed, and again at Series A, we believed the team was building something fundamentally new: a way for companies to understand their customers with the depth of qualitative research, but at the speed and scale modern businesses demand.
Today I’m excited to share that Listen Labs has raised a $69M Series B, led by Ribbit Capital, with participation from Evantic and existing investors Sequoia Capital, Conviction, and Pear. With this round, the company has now raised $100M in total funding.
What Listen Labs is building
At its core, Listen Labs is an AI-first customer research platform.
Teams come in with a question they need answered, about a product, a message, a market, or a decision and Listen’s AI interviewer designs and runs expert-level interviews on their behalf. These conversations adapt dynamically, just as an expert human interviewer would, probing deeper where it matters and adjusting in real time.
Because Listen has access to a panel of more than 30 million pre-qualified participants, teams can reach nearly any audience across demographics, geographies, and industries. What once took weeks or months now happens in days, with dramatically higher consistency and quality.

Why we continue to invest
This marks our third investment in Listen Labs, and our conviction in the team has only grown, for a few reasons.
First, execution. Co-founders Alfred Wahlforss and Florian Juengermann have proven they can build and scale at a high bar. Alfred has consistently demonstrated one of the hardest skills for any founder: attracting top-tier talent, delegating effectively, and staying focused on the highest-leverage priorities as the company scales. On the product side, Florian has built and led a team that rapidly incorporates the latest advances in AI, voice, large language models, and now increasingly agentic workflows, while staying focused on real customer needs.
Second, innovation. Listen has continually raised the bar on quality and consistency. By centralizing interviews through an AI interviewer, the platform ensures a level of rigor that most teams simply can’t achieve on their own. Not every organization has access to expert interviewers.
Third, traction. In just nine months since launch, Listen has grown annualized revenue 15x, reached eight-figure ARR, and interviewed over one million people. Hundreds of enterprises, from Microsoft and Sweetgreen to Perplexity, now rely on Listen to inform their most important decisions. And they’re just getting started.
Looking ahead
Over time, we’ve come to see Listen Labs as more than a faster way to run customer research. The platform is evolving into an observability layer for customer intelligence, a persistent system of record for what customers say, think, and feel. Every interview compounds into a living, searchable knowledge base that teams can query, revisit, and activate across product, marketing, and strategy. Product teams can use this observability layer to understand their users now and over time and discover trends they wouldn’t have otherwise.
Looking ahead, this layer becomes even more critical. As companies adopt AI more deeply and agentic systems take on greater responsibility, decisions will increasingly be made at machine speed. We believe Listen Labs is uniquely positioned to connect the real world of customer voice to the systems shaping the future of AI-enabled enterprises, and we’re proud to continue partnering with Alfred, Florian, and the entire Listen Labs team as they build toward that future.
