Hannah joined Pear to focus on community and operations, where she helped create Pear Studio and other programs that strengthen our best-in-class founder community. Now, as Chief of Staff, her role has expanded to include fundraising, portfolio management, and leading a variety of other key strategic initiatives for the firm. She works closely with all of Pear’s teams to ensure the firm operates seamlessly, supporting founders and investors alike in achieving their goals.

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Hannah moved to the Bay Area to attend Stanford, where she was deeply engaged in student life, including serving on the Board of Trustees. Now based in San Francisco, she enjoys spending time in Golden Gate Park and listening to live music when she’s not in the office.
