I’m passionate about helping early-stage founders transform ambitious ideas into enduring companies. Having worked inside the industry and now as a Talent Partner at Pear, I’ve seen how the right hires at the right time can radically inflect a business. I focus on helping founders think strategically about their hiring needs—whether it’s defining their first hire, scaling a team, or building a culture that attracts world-class talent.
My current obsession: helping our founders compete for the best AI talent. While large companies have the advantage of brand recognition and resources, startups offer something uniquely compelling—mission, ownership, and the opportunity to make an outsized impact. My job is to help founders craft this narrative and position their companies as the place where exceptional talent can do the most meaningful work of their careers.
