Shruti is a Partner at Pear. She loves working with exceptional founders to help them become world-class CEOs.
Shruti formerly founded a coliving startup called HubHaus, building a community for thousands of young professionals across the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. She then went on to Stripe and Google before starting her second company, Sidecar Legal, which was backed by Pear.
Shruti lives in San Francisco with her husband and dog.

Too many to pick just one! I love the classic business books: Zero to One, The Lean Startup, High Output Management. And some non-business books: The Hidden Life of Trees, How to Avoid a Climate Disaster, 1984.
What career path did you want to pursue when you were a kid?
An astronaut! Now I work with founders that take us to the moon.
