Tom Glaser
CFO
“Many paths lead from the foot of the mountain, but at the peak we all gaze at the single bright moon.”
– Ikkyū

Tom grew up in Danville, California, as one of six siblings. He studied business economics at UCLA, where he developed an early interest in finance.
After graduation, he moved to San Francisco and joined Arthur Andersen, where he prepared tax returns for venture capitalists, private equity firms, and hedge fund managers. That work gave him a front-row seat to the investment world and drew him into the industry. He later joined Ernst & Young’s alternative investment fund practice and earned his CPA license.
Tom attended Wharton, where he received his MBA. While there, he co-founded a fantasy sports startup with a classmate and a professor of economics. The idea had potential—just not quite the DraftKings-or-FanDuel kind.
In 2008, he returned to the alternative investment world as CFO of a healthcare fund. He’s been working in the space ever since.
Outside of work you’ll find me…
When I’m not driving my kids to sporting events or being overly competitive playing silly games, I love to spend time at the beach and in the mountains.
