Kristin Beach

Kristin brings over 25 years of diversified experience in venture capital, private industry, and public accounting. She has a proven track record of leading financial and operational teams, driving collaboration, and developing innovative solutions to organizational challenges.

Before joining Pear, Kristin served as COO/CFO at Felicis Ventures, overseeing financial, reporting, and compliance functions. She was also CFO at Playground Global, managing financial operations for both the studio and venture funds.

Kristin began her career at Deloitte & Touche and spent 12 years with Enterprise Fleet Management, where she gained extensive management experience and led cross-functional software initiatives.
