Darrell started his career in retail banking, spending 7 years at a local bank on the Central Coast, which was acquired by Rabobank. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and later joined Ernst & Young in their Bay Area audit practice. Darrell is passionate about continuous learning and process improvement, which he now applies to Pear’s finance team.
