Hannah works on community and operations at Pear. Community is one of our core values at Pear, and Hannah is at the heart of that, helping to build meaningful programs that bring a best-in-class founder community together. Hannah knows the impact a strong community can have on someone’s success, and is passionate about creating those types of environments for people.
She calls Chattanooga home, and is a proud Tennessean. She moved to the Bay Area to attend Stanford, where she was very involved in student life, including serving on the Board of Trustees. It was at Stanford that Hannah recognized the profound impact a supportive community can have on individual success.

What career path did you want to pursue when you were a kid?
A teacher! I had wonderful teachers growing up and I wanted to be just like them.
What are your favorite sports teams?
Memphis Grizzlies! I’m a Tennessean :)
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I love listening to and reading about music. I really like walking around the park and picnicking with friends too!
